Lucie holds an MBA and operated as R&D Manager in an international media company before becoming an entrepreneur. Passionate about social innovation, she co-founded the MakeSense incubator for social entrepreneurs before launching Make It Happen, a program dedicated to secondary school students. Expert in creativity and bottom-up innovation, she created Wasabi to help organisations become more creative and collaborative to lead impactful transformations. She believes that innovation is no longer just about products and services but about organisational mechanisms enabling people to grow and become creative change-makers.
Expert in public relations, Janita started her career as spokesperson for RyanAir before working for a European lobby in the food industry. She worked with entrepreneurs at Microsoft before joining Makesense where she contributed to launch the open innovation program Make.Brussels in partnership with the city. She is also co-founder of Make It Happen, a program aimed at engaging young generations into becoming actors of change. She now focuses on workshop facilitation, creativity and empathy development.
Explorer of horizons and possibilities, Marie-Amélie evolved in corporate communications for HR, health and industry before developing the sustainable development fund Durabilis in Guatemala. She then initiated the first Startup Weekend ChangeMakers in Brussels and started various initiatives in Brussels . Expert in workshop facilitation and project management, she continues to explore the use of communication to nurture co-creation and well-being at work. Marie-Amélie is fluent in French, Dutch and English.
