We design change through creative problem-solving and bottom-up processes that allow for impactful innovation while empowering everyone to become a change agent.
We facilitate workshops and design sprints with your team to co-create collective solutions around complex challenges
We design unique tracks to help you engage your staff, users and partners around new areas of expertise and product/service innovation
We share our expertise with on demand training formats to empower you and your team on creative problem-solving and design tools
Making everyone a change agent
We promote a human-centered approach to innovation, placing people at the center of the design process and using creative thinking and co-creation as core principles.
Taking the perspective of the people we are designing for, we can solve almost any challenge and quickly move from rough ideas to actionable solutions and tangible prototypes
Unlocking creativity to achieve your purpose and solve your challenges is at the core of all our workshops and learning experiences.
All our workshops and learning experiences are based on collective intelligence principles and exercices to smoothen cooperation and creative alignement around a common vision.
Design thinking as a core principle
Our methodologies are mainly based on Design Thinking: a team-based, iterative approach to innovation and continuous transformation.
INSPIRATION - IDEATION - IMPLEMENTATION
“Design thinking is a human-centered approach to innovation that draws from the designer's toolkit to integrate the needs of people, the possibilities of technology, and the requirements for business success.”
— Tim Brown, CEO of IDEO
HUMAN - BUSINESS - TECHNICAL
This approach brings together what is desirable from a human point of view with what is technologically feasible and economically viable.
It is a very hands-on, practical methodology that can be applied to design products, services, processes, organisation models and many more.
