Client: Hub.Brussels

Challenge: Design a comprehensive set of public services aimed at foreign designer and creative studios wishing to set-up their activities in Brussels.

Duration: 6 months

Objective

Hub.Brussels along with MAD (Brussels Fashion and Design platform) had identified a common target audience: foreign creative designers and studios in fashion and design.

The objective was to design a concerted response among public services to facilitate the support to this target wishing to settle in Brussels.

Approach

From field research to user journey, we helped them in the facilitation of co-creation sessions and in the design of a final comprehensive service blueprint over a 6-months process involving designers, various public institutions and stakeholders.
